• Fourth Review Meeting of TEQIP Phase-II Project held on 16th & 17th August 2013, at DTE & Chaithram Hotel, Trivandrum    New


• Department of Computer Science & Engineering has organized a Faculty development programme on "Linux Kernel Programming" from August 12-14, 2013    New


• The finishing school has organized talks on "Preparing for placements" by Mrs. Anushree, Software Engineer, CTS Coimbatore and Mr. Vivek ,Software Engineer CTS (Cochin) for final year students on 13.7.2013.


• Industry-Institute Interaction Cell organized expert lectures on "Industrial aspect of gas turbine" by Mr. Rajish, DGM (Gas Turbine), and Mr. Ramesh, Manager(Maintenance) of RGCCP, NTPC Kayamkulam on 3.7.2013 for third year mechanical engineering students.


• Department of Mechanical Engineering has organized a Faculty Development programme on "Productivity and Energy Efficiency for Sustainable Development" from July 22-26, 2013.


• An academic review meeting was held on 09-07-2013 at DTE, Trivandrum.


• Central Libray of College of Engineering Adoor has organized a three day workshop on “ Library Automation using KOHA “ from 15-17 July 2013.


• Department of Electronics and Communications Engineering has organized a Faculty development programme on "Information and Communication System Security" from June 26-28, 2013.


• The first meeting of the Board of Governors held on June 22nd 2013


• College of Engineering Adoor has submitted the TEQIP Phase-II Institutional Procurement Plan to SPFU, Kerala for approval on 15-06-2013.


• Dept. of Mech. Engg. & Dept. of Electrical and Electronics Engg. have jointly organized a Faculty Development Programme on “Recent Trends in renewable Energy Systems” from June 10-14, 2013.


• College of Engineering Adoor signed an M.O.U with the Govt. of Kerala, officially confirming its status as a TEQIP Institution on 16.02.2013.

• The Principal, TEQIP Coordinator, Procurement Coordinator, Academic Coordinator and Finance Coordinator attended the orientation Program on TEQIP Phase-II at Thiruvananthapuram on 22.02.2013, organized by NPIU &(SPFU) in Muscat Hotel, Trivandrum. The orientation programmes was led by Prof. A U Digraskar, Central Project Advisor, TEQIP Phase-II. 

• TEQIP Coordinator, Placement officer & III Cell Coordinator attended the two day workshop on Industry-Institute Interaction” held in Govt. Engg. College, Kozhikode, West Hills, from 15th to 16th March

• The Principal, TEQIP Coordinator, Procurement Coordinator, Academic Coordinator, Finance Coordinator attended the 3rd Joint Review Mission( JRM) held on 11th April 2013 at  IMG (New building -  Executive Training and Development Center - ETDC), Law College Junction, Thiruvananthapuram.

• As per the directions given by NPIU, an Institutional (Internal) full scale academic workshop was conducted in the college on 24-04-2013.

• Prof. Ashalatha Thampuran, Former Principal, College of Engineering Trivandrum is the mentor of    College of Engineering, Adoor for the successful implementation of TEQIP Phase-II Project.

•  Prof.Narayanan, Advisor, to TEQIP and former Director of SPFU, Kerala conducted a meeting regarding the implementation of TEQIP, project in the College of Engineering, Adoor on 14.5.2013.

• The Principal, HODs of all departments, TEQIP Coordinator and Academic Coordinator attended a one day academic workshop held at CGPU Hall, CET, Trivandrum on 15-05-2013.

• The TEQIP Coordinator and Procurement Coordinator attended two day training programme on Procurement Management Support System (PMSS) held at JNTU, Hyderabad from 23rd to 24th May 2013.


• Procurement Coordinator attended two day training programme on Procurement Management Support System (PMSS) held at College of Engineering Trivandrum from 3rd to 4th June 2013.


• Finance Coordinator attended one day training programme on : Web-Based e-Financial Monitoring Report (e-FMR) and Financial Management at College of Engineering Trivandrum on 5th June 2013
